ShopLatinx
Challenge
Shop Latinx is a disruptive marketplace, created by a latina woman and focused on giving visibility to Latino brands in the North American market. With the mission of supporting the economy and dissemination of emerging Latin brands, Shop Latinx seeks to reach not only latino, but different communities around the region.
Goal
The objective was to create a very responsive brand with all the traditional senses of Latinx culture, seeking to create a modern and attractive identity for new markets. It originally was a fashion brand but it lacked the latinx folklore and passion, so we had to implement it without falling into stereotypes, common-places or getting away from the fashion industry.
Solution
The result shows a fun, local brand ready to enhance the Latinx power and ready to take the North American market while putting on the spot emerging and specialty brands; the identity is made up of traditional elements of American Hispanicity and modern signs that help us create a relevant brand for this culture. As soon as you have a first glimpse, you absorb the multiculturality around this colorful and folkloric brand.
